Semi-detached house for four people, situated 15 minutes walk from the west entrance to the university campus and 5-10 minutes walk from Beeston railway station. 5 minutes walk from Beeston town centre. The street is still predominately residential.

Directions from university west entrance:

Straight on through Broadgate, left down the one-way system of Humber Road. Turn right onto Queens Road and turn left at Mona Street. Number 32 is two-thirds of the way down, on the right.

General:

There is rear access to a single sectional garage.

All windows are double-glazed. There is a modern combi boiler providing central heating and instant hot water, and a full burglar alarm system. On the back of the house, there is also a security light. Every bedroom door has a thumbturn lock. This is a galley-style kitchen with solid oak fitted units with a tiled floor, dual-fuel cooker (with gas hob and double electric oven), microwave, dishwasher, washer-dryer, fridge and freezer. There is also access to the under-stair storage space for a vacuum cleaner and other items. Fire safety equipment consists of a fire-blanket and heat detector. There is a lobby area between the kitchen and bathroom, with the back door, some shelving space and a second fridge.
