Detached house for six people, situated 15 minutes walk from the west entrance to the university campus and less than 5 minutes walk from Beeston town centre.


From the university west entrance, go straight on through Broadgate and turn left down the one-way system. Number six is the third house on the right.


The house is Unipol accredited with main interlinked smoke alarms and fire blanket in the kitchen. There is a burglar alarm, rear security light and window locks. All windows are double glazed.

This spacious house features a large kitchen, large dining room and large living room. There is both a shower and a corner jacuzzi bath in the bathroom, with an additional shower room downstairs. There is also a small garage and off-street parking for two cars.

Two two-seater settees and a leather three seater settee ensure that there are plenty of seats for entertaining. There is a beamed ceiling, shelving and a cupboard unit built into the alcoves on each side of the cast-iron inglenook fireplace. A 42 inch TV is provided on the left hand alcove. There is also another window to the side.

Rear bedroom with small bay window looking out to garden with an ornament shelf, and another window to the side. Contains desk, chair, double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Wall-to-wall shelving fills the far wall.
